Seven Hills SeaHawks Swim Team

We offer an inclusive competitive swimming program for all ability levels ages five and up. In the Fall, Winter, and Spring we will have one swim meet a month. In the summer we will have five to six swim meets where we compete against other local recreation swim teams in the Recreational Suburban Swim League.  If your child can swim 25-yards/meters freestyle and 25-yards/meters backstroke non-stop, they can participate in this program.

OUR MISSION: To provide a fun, inviting, and inclusive swimming program that allows for the development of swimmers' abilities, technique, teamwork, and confidence in a competitive environment.

REGISTER

Mon & Wed PM Sessions (10 & Under from 5 to 6 pm 11 & Over from 6 to 7 pm)

• Winter #1: Jan 5 to Feb 11

• Winter #2: Feb 23 to April 1

Saturday Only AM Sessions (9:30 to 10:30 am )

• Winter #1: Jan 10 to March 28

• Spring: April 11 to May 16 (*Session fees will be prorated.)

Kraken Summer Pre-Swim Team: Not ready for the swim team yet? We can get your child ready. Contact the aquatics supervisor/swim lessons coordinator to schedule an evaluation to see if this program is right for your child.
