Membership Information
Membership at the Seven Hills Community Recreation Center grants access to general facilities when they are available, including the gymnasium, pool, track, and fitness area. Members also benefit from special pricing on programs and rentals. Please note that the Seven Hills Community Recreation Center reserves the right to schedule facilities as needed.
Caretaker Policy
Any member or guest requiring assistance from a caretaker is welcome to bring one at no additional charge for either the caretaker or the member/guest. We encourage you to discuss this with management during your visit.
Please Note*
A resident of Seven Hills is defined as someone whose permanent address is within the City of Seven Hills.
For a one-day guest pass, adults are required to present a valid photo ID to enter the facility. This policy is effective as of 6/15/2014.
Youth and Teen memberships without a parent must be completed and signed by a parent or legal guardian and must be purchased alongside an adult membership.
A family membership may include one adult and up to three children or two adults and two children. The adult must be a parent or legal guardian, and the children must be 18 years of age or younger unless they are full-time high school students. All members must be full-time residents of Seven Hills. Additional children can be added for $40 each per year.
Applications for new and renewed memberships must include residency or corporate verification.
To verify residency, provide two utility bills and a photo ID for new memberships and one utility bill for renewals. A driver's license is not acceptable as proof of residency but can be used as photo ID.
Corporate verification requires a copy of the most recent pay stub (with numbers blacked out) and a letter from a manager on company letterhead confirming employment.
A birth certificate or valid driver's license must accompany the application if age verification is required.
**ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.**

Youth must always be accompanied by an adult aged 19 or older while in the building.
Memberships are valid for one year from the registration date.
Rates and categories may change at any time due to ordinance adjustments.
The Recreation Center Management reserves the right to revoke or suspend any membership at any time for any reason.
A Disabled Resident is defined as an individual categorized as "Totally Disabled" by the State of Ohio or a relevant state agency.
