Pursuant to Article V, Section 7(c)(4) of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, public notice

is hereby given that there shall be a PUBLIC HEARING on the following matter:

Amended Ordinance No. 44-2025

AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND CHAPTER 931 SUPPLEMENTAL REGULATIONS, AND TO

AMEND CHAPTER 937 DEFINITIONS AS CONTAINED IN PART NINE, PLANNING AND

ZONING CODE OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF SEVEN HILLS, OHIO

FOR THE PURPOSE OF ADDING NEW SECTION 931.11 TITLED UNMANNED AERIAL

VEHICLE SYSTEM (UAV – AKA DRONES) AND TO ADD THE DEFINITION FOR AN

UNMANNED AERIAL VEHICLE SYSTEM (UAV – AKA DRONES ) TO CHAPTER 937

Said Public hearing on the above Amended Ordinance shall be held on Tuesday, November 25,

2025 at 5:45PM in the Seven Hills Council Chambers, 7325 Summitview Drive, Seven Hills,

Ohio. Copies of Amended Ordinance No. 44-2025 are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council

of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, for inspection by any person interested therein.
