Pursuant to Article V, Section 7(c)(4) of the Charter of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, public notice is hereby given that there shall be a PUBLIC HEARING on the following Matters:
Ordinance No. 03-2025
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND PART NINE, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, OF THE CITY OF SEVEN HILLS CODIFIED ORDINANCE IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR THE PURPOSE OF CLARIFYING AND UPDATING CURRENT CODES.
Said Public Hearing on the above Ordinance shall be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025, at 5:45PM in the Seven Hills Council Chambers, 7325 Summitview Drive, Seven Hills, Ohio. Copies of Ordinance No. 03-2025 are on file in the Office of the Clerk of Council of the City of Seven Hills, Ohio, for inspection by any person interested therein.

There will be a Team Workshop of the Planning Commission on Wednesday, November 20, 2024. The team workshop will start at 6:30PM in the Council Chambers. The purpose of the workshop is for Pulte Homes to provide renderings of possible aesthetics of the proposed townhomes in the PUD area and any concerns that may arise for discussion among the Planning Commission members.
