a. 881 Meadview, Joseph & Pajela Bodnar

An 8” variance to Ord. 931.04(b)(1)(A), Property Line Setback and a vinyl or rubber coating variance to Ord. 931.04(b)(4)(C), Fence and Wall Design Standards, to allow a 4’ high uncoated chain link fence to be installed on the property line as depicted on the submitted drawings. The City’s ordinance requires the fence to be vinyl or coated with rubber material and 8” off the property line.

b. 893 Meadview Drive, Alexandra D’Amico

An 8” variance to Ord. 931.04(b)(1)(A), Property Line Setback and a vinyl or rubber coating variance to Ord. 931.04(b)(4)(C), Fence and Wall Design Standards, to allow a 4’ high uncoated chain link fence to be installed on the property line as depicted on the submitted drawings. Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above.

The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance. Thereafter,

the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.
