A 226 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 919.03(b), Accessory Building and Structure Area Standards, to allow a proposed 576 square foot accessory building to be installed 35’ from the rear property line and 37’ from the side yard property line as depicted on the submitted drawings. The City’s ordinance allows the size of the shed to be a maximum 350 square feet for lot size, a minimum of 27 feet off the side yard lot line for an accessory building over 401 square feet, and placed within 50% of the rear lot.

b. 1380 E. Ridgewood Drive, Danny Vranesevic

A 152 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 919.03(b), Accessory Building and Structure Area Standards, to allow the construction of a proposed 352 square foot shed 10 ft from the rear property line and 40’ from the side yard property line as depicted in the submitted drawings. The City’s ordinance allows the size of the shed to be a maximum of 200 square fee
