A 38’ variance to Ordinance No. 919.03(h)(2) Residential Accessory Use Standard, Accessory Use Setback Standards, to allow the placement of a 288 square foot accessory building 48’ from both the East and West side yard lot lines.  The City code allows a setback minimum of five feet and no further than ten feet from a side lot line.

The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance. Thereafter,

the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.
