A variance to Ordinance Nos. 963.02(a)(1) and 963.02(a)(3) Accessory
Buildings or Uses, and to Ordinance No. 993.01(b) Residence Districts, Rear
Yards, to allow the construction of an a.1320 sq. ft. additional unattached
garage, a. 377 feet from the rear property line where said ordinances provide
that an unattached garage shall occupy no more than 800 sq. feet, that a lot
with an existing home is permitted to have either an unattached garage or an
attached garage but not both, and that no such accessory building shall be
located further than ten feet from the rear lot line.

The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance. Thereafter,
the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.**
