Owner:  Four One Four One Alliance

Revision of project previously approved by the Planning Commission.  Revision includes the elimination of the lot split and enlargement of the drive-thru canopy on the west side of the building.  The canopy was approved at 24’ wide-east to west x 24’ deep-north to south and sat 27’ from the western property line.  The canopy has been revised and is now 20’ wide-east to west x 42’ deep-north to south and sits 31’ from the western property line.

The February 3, 2021 Planning Commission meeting is scheduled to begin immediately following the work session at 7:00PM and will be open to the public only via live-streamed on You Tube (City Hall will not be open), in accordance with Amended Substitute House Bill 197 eff. 3-27-2020 as amended by H.B. 404 effective November 24, 2020.
