  1. NEW BUSINESS

    365 East Pleasant Valley Road,  Adam Grove

                •   Variance to Ordinance 963.02(a)(3), Accessory Buildings or Uses, to allow the proposed construction of a 2nd garage that will be detached from the main building;

    • A 400 square foot variance to Ordinance 963.02(a)(1), Accessory Buildings or Uses, to allow the proposed 2nd garage to be 1200 square feet;
    • A 2’9” variance to Ordinance No. 987.02 Exceptions, to allow the proposed 2nd detached garage to be 17’9” in height; and
    • A variance to Ordinance 993.01, Residence Districts, to allow the proposed 2nd detached garage to be 77’ from the rear yard, 75’ from the west side property line and 15’ from the east side lot line, exceeding the maximum allowed distance of 10’ from the rear and side lot lines.
