    2. 3456 Jasmine Drive, Lou Marich
      • A variance to Ordinance No. 997.01(b), Permit required, to allow the placement of a fence without a Boundary survey prepared and sealed by a surveyor registered in the State of Ohio within the last ten years.
      • A 27’ variance to Ordinance No. 997.03(a), Obstruction to View, to allow the proposed fencing to extend forward the rear building line.

         

                        c.     2710 East Ridgewood Drive, Nolan Joseph

                        A variance to Ordinance No. 963.02(a)(1), Accessory Buildings or Uses, to        allow two private unattached garages on the same lot with the main building;

                   A 640 square foot variance to Ordinance No. 993.01(a)(1) Residence Districts, Rear yards, to allow the proposed new detached garage to be 1,440 sq feet;

                Variances to Ordinance 993.01 Residence District, Rear yards

                   -60’ variance to allow the proposed new detached garage to be 70’ from the rear lot line;

                    -30’ variance to allow the proposed new detached garage to be 40’ from the westerly side lot line; and

                    -55’ variance to allow the proposed new detached garage to be 65’ from the easterly side lot line

                    Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. 

                    The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                    the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.**

The February 10, 2021 ZBA hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:00PM and will be held via teleconferencing and live-streamed on You Tube in accordance with Amended Substitute House Bill 197 eff. 3-27-2020 as amended by H.B. 404 effective November 24, 2020.  **   Interested parties that would like to be heard on the subject of the public hearing will have access to provide such input during the hearing by telephone.  The telephone access number will be provided during the hearing at the time provided on the Agenda at Item 5 for interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.  Any person who would like to view the evidentiary material submitted in advance of the hearing to the Board may request a copy be emailed or mailed to them by contacting Teresa by email to law@sevenhillsohio.org or at 216-525-6237 with such request no later than February 4, 2021.
