    1. 5900 Graydon Drive, Carol Aquilino

      A  variance request to Ordinance No. 997.04(d), Prohibited Fences

      The proposed fencing has openings that are 2”x4” and exceeds the 3” minimum allowed by ordinance.  Fencing to be used as a dog kennel.

       

    2. 490 Panorama Drive, Jeffrey & Pamela Mangione

      A 3’9” variance request to Ordinance No. 993.02 Residence Districts, Side Yards, to   allow the construction of a 10’ x 37’ attached garage addition to be 6’3” from a portion of the side yard lot line. (Pie shaped – rear of garage addition will be approximately 15’3” from side yard lot line)

       

    3. 6800 Drexel Drive, Mario Sutera

      A variance request to Ordinance No. 997.01 Permit Required, Boundary Survey requiring a boundary survey to have been performed in the last ten years when installing a fence; and

       

      A variance request to Ordinance No. 997.03, Obstruction to view, to allow the replacement of the existing fence to be forward of the rear yard building line.

       

    4. 3220 Forest Overlook Drive, Thomas Piscitello

            A variance request to Ordinance No. 963.02(b), Accessory Buildings or Uses,

      Storage Shed, to allow the construction of an 8’x 12’ non-fire rated storage shed in the side yard more than 10 feet from the side yard lot line and closer than 10’ to the home.

       

    5. 7195 Laura Lee Lane, Tony and Kristen Kichurchak

      A 2’ variance request to Ordinance No. 1131.02(a)(2) Location and Distance from property lines, to allow the installation of an above ground swimming pool to be 8’ from the side yard lot line.

                  The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                  the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.**

The September 16, 2020 ZBA hearing is scheduled to begin at 7:00PM and will be held via teleconferencing and live-streamed on You Tube in accordance with Amended Substitute House Bill 197 eff. 3-27-2020.  **   Interested parties that would like to be heard on the subject of the public hearing will have access to provide such input during the hearing by telephone.  The telephone access number will be provided during the hearing at the time provided on the Agenda at Item 5 for interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.  Any person who would like to view the evidentiary material submitted in advance of the hearing to the Board may request a copy be emailed or mailed to them by contacting Teresa by email to law@sevenhillsohio.org or at 216-525-6237 with such request no later than September 11, 2020.
