        Lot B – 8,798 square foot variance (6,952 square feet requested)

 

(b)   989.06(a) First Residential District Lot Width (90’ frontage required)

       Lot A – 26’ variance   (64’ lot width requested)

       Lot B – 40’ variance   (50’ lot width requested)

(c)   991.02(1) First Residential Lot Front Set Back (50’ front yard setback required)

       Lot A – 20’ variance (30’ setback requested)

        Lot B – 20’ variance (30’ setback requested)
