5.                  NEW BUSINESS

 

a.                   7475 Broadview Road, Dairy Queen Sign, Robert Matson

- a 9’ variance to Ordinance No. 171.10(d) to allow the installation of a new ground sign to be 16’ 0” off back of the curb

            b.         127 Mapleview Drive, Fred Shuster

            - a 3’ variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02(c) to allow the replacement of an existing cement walkway to be 2’ off the side yard lot line.

c.          1225 Justo Lane, John Stulak

            - a 5’ variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02(c) to allow the installation of a driveway extension on the side of the garage to be 0” off of the side yard property line.

d.         4631 Shelly Drive, Richard Cooper

            - a 2’1” variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02(c) to allow the widening of an existing cement driveway to be 2’11” off the side yard lot line and a 4’1” variance to allow the installation of a 12’6”x33’ cement pad on the side of the garage to be 11” off the side yard property line.
