A 944 sq ft size variance and a 3’ height variance to Ordinance No. 963.02(b) Accessory Building or Uses, to allow the proposed construction of a 30’x40’(1200 sq ft) accessory building 15’ in height 30’ off the rear yard lot line and 10’ off the westerly side yard lot line as depicted on the submitted drawing. (City’s Code allows a 256 sq ft shed with a maximum height of 12’)
