- a variance to Ordinance No. 993.01 Residence Districts, Rear Yards, to allow the proposed addition to the rear of the home to encroach into the required 50’ rear yard setback varying from 0’ feet at the northeast corner of the proposed addition to 14.375’ at the northwest corner of the proposed addition.

The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance. Thereafter,
the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.
