Variances to Ordinance No. 976(A).05(a)(b) to allow a lot split that will create a new Parcel “A” as depicted on the drawing submitted which shows a frontage of 75.3', less than the 100’ frontage required by ordinance; and the total square footage of the new Parcel “A” will be 32,887.80’, 7,112.2’ square feet less than the 40,000 square feet required by ordinance.
