    7845 Broadview Road, property owner John G. Irace, lot split request

    Variances to Ordinance No. 976(A).05(a)(b) to allow a lot split that will create a new Parcel “A” as depicted on the drawing submitted which shows a frontage of 75.3', less than the 100’ frontage required by ordinance; and the total square footage of the new Parcel “A” will be 32,887.80’, 7,112.2’ square feet less than the 40,000 square feet required by ordinance.

                Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. 

                    The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                    the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing. **
