    4141 Patio – 4141 Rockside Road, Four One Four One Alliance

    • A 249.5 foot variance to Ordinance No. 974.03(c) Area; Yard; Height; Sales Area Regulations,          to allow the set back for the proposed outdoor patio to be 50.5 feet. (ordinance states that all buildings shall be set back from any public street or highway at least 300 feet)

                  Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. 

                  The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                  the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.**
