   • A 2’ variance to Ordinance No. 997.03, Obstruction to View, to allow the installation of a 6’ high proposed solid board on board fence along the westerly side lot line of a corner lot. (Ord.  prohibits fencing to exceed 48 inches above the average grade of a corner lot)

                 Variance requests may be amended or deviated from that which appears above. 

                 The Board will first hear testimony of the applicant for the variance.  Thereafter,

                 the Board will allow interested parties to be heard on the subject of the public hearing.**
