JUNE 2018 Update:

-       Construction for The Hemlock Creek Watershed Utility Improvements Project has been awarded to Fabrizi Trucking & Paving Co., Inc. with the lowest and best bid of $6,666,452.71.

-       Actual construction is nearly underway with tree removal and tree trimming operations commencing the week of June 4, 2018.  Construction notices are being hand-delivered by the Contractor to the affected residents where tree removals will be performed.

-       As construction progresses, all affected residents will be notified by a hand-delivered construction notice.  Look for these notices to be delivered around 4 days before the construction will begin on your street.

-       As always, the City appreciates your patience during the construction of the Hemlock Creek Watershed Utility Improvements Project.  If there are any concerns you have, please contact Daniel J. Collins, P.E., City Engineer at dcollins@rlba.com or, Councilman Thomas Snitzky at snitzky7hills@ymail.com .

At least 4 to 5 days before construction begins on your street, the Contractor will be hand-delivering a Notice to each home that provides important information about the Project including the Contractor contact names and a phone number. Click here to see an example letter. Please do not be alarmed by this Notice as it is intended to provide you with helpful information.
