Ed purchased his home in Seven Hills in 1999. He ran for Seven Hills City Council in 2001 and 2003, and served on the Sewer Assessment Equalization Committee in 2002. Ed has served as a volunteer for various city projects such as the Salvation Army drive. Ed has volunteered at the Home Days, and competed in the Seven Hills has Talent show as a joke-teller.
Ed was appointed to Seven Hills Council-at-Large on July 11, 2016. He currently chairs the Community Services Committee, and is a member of the Public Works Committee, and the Police and Fire Committee. Ed believes he can parlay 23 years of experience in a leadership role, and achievement at the school of business to help an already-excellent city become even better. Ed is a strong believer in hard work, effective communication, transparency, and fiscal conservatism.
