Adult Archery Workshop! - NEW! 

Looking for a new sport or to try something fun? Adult Archery is Here!!  
Individual workshop sessions offered Wednesday, August 15th, Wednesday August 22nd or Wednesday, August 29th - all at 6pm near the City Hall Pavilion.   All equipment provided. No experience required.  
Members:  $25 per workshop   
Non-Members:  $30 per workshop

Fit Happens! - NEW!  

Join us for a low impact, full body work out combining Pilates, Barre, and Yoga using your own body weight, exercise balls, and resistance bands.   This work out targets all muscles groups to tone and strengthen your entire body, including your abdominals and mid-section.  Modifications are taught to make this an effective class for beginners to advanced fitness levels.  Enjoy an uplifting power hour! No one ever regrets working out!

Insanity with Lynn 

INSANITY live classes will bring the workout we have all seen on DVD to a live group setting. Using max interval training with explosive cardio and plyometric drills combined with your own power and strength. No weights needed, your own body weight will tone and sculpt your body. All levels welcome!

Introducing PiYo Live! Define yourself and look long and lean with no weights and no jumps. Combines the muscle sculpting, core firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of yoga. Crank up the music and the fun with this calorie burning workout. All levels welcome.

Personal Training Sessions

Totally Toned Personal Training - Welcome new trainers Garrett, Jessie, Brandon and Mike from Totally Toned Personal Training! Ready to supply the knowledge, motivation and structure to help you achieve your desired result. Mike is an NFPT and IFA Certified Trainer, IFA Sports Nutritionist and IFA Senior Fitness Trainer. Jessie is an AFAA Certified Trainer, Brandon is an NCSP Certified Personal Trainer and Garrett is an IFA Certified Trainer who also offers basketball lessons. Trim & Tone with Tanya

A unique, head to toe, feel good workout combining cardio moves with resistance training and core work led by an AFAA certified instructor.
