- A 15’ sq.ft. variance to Ordinance No. 171.09(b) Signs in Business Districts Generally, to allow a proposed 38 sq ft Wall Sign (Ord allows for a maximum 23 sq. ft. sign)
5794 Skyline Drive, Ali Chehade
- A 2’ variance to Ordinance No. 997.03(d)(2), Obstruction to View, to allow the installation of a 6’ high privacy fence along the Long Ridge Road side lot line (Ord states that corner lots shall be permitted to construct a fence provided no such fence exceeds 48 inches above average grade.)
715 Ridgeview Drive, Dave Ish
- A 3’ variance to Ordinance No. 1106.02(c) Driveway Construction to allow the proposed driveway extension and parking pad to be placed 3’ from the westerly side property line (Ord requires the driveways, turnarounds, and parking areas whether new or replacement shall not be placed nearer than five feet to any lot line.)
