Recreation Center Rental Information
Reservations For Residents and Non-Residents
Reservations are not considered final or confirmed until full payment is received. Applicant must sign the Rental Contract. By signing the contract, the applicant acknowledges that the Renter is responsible for adhering to all rules and regulations.
Reservations are not accepted more than 180 days in advance of the event (excluding entire facility rentals) and no less than 14 days before the event, depending on availability. Credit card information serves as security deposit and is due on the date that the application is submitted. Payment is due 30 days prior to rental. Failure to receive payment 30 days prior to event may result in loss of room or charges applied to the credit card provided.
Recreation Center Gathering Rooms, Gyms, Pool and more are available for Members & Non-Members!

The following rentals are available to Seven Hills Residents ONLY:
City Hall Community Rooms:
$50 per hour (4 Hour Minimum)
$20 per hour- Security (must be present throughout entire rental)
Credit Card Number required for Deposit.
Security is paid directly to the Seven Hills Police Officer at the time of the event. Please remember to include time for set-up and clean up when booking rooms!
Calvin Park Recreation Hall:
$80 for the first 5 hours & $20 per hour after. (2 Hour Minimum)
$20 per hour - Security
(Security is needed only if Alcohol is served. Must be present from open to close of hall)
Credit Card Number required for Deposit.
$100 charge if not properly cleaned.
All Pavilions and Ball Fields are FREE of charge to Seven Hills Residents:
- Calvin Park Pavilion
- North Park Pavilion
- Valleywood Park Pavilion
- City Hall Pavilion
- Baseball / Softball Fields: Must get approval from Recreation Department
- Soccer Fields: Must get approval from Recreation Department
