Membership to the Seven Hills Community Recreation Center allows use of general facilities when available. These include the gymnasium, pool, track, and fitness area. You are also given special pricing on programs and rentals. The Seven Hills Community Recreation Center reserves the right to schedule facilities as deemed necessary.

Resident Membership Information - Annual (One time up front payment)

Package	Fee/year	Definitions
Youth	$100	A resident 12 years old or younger (must be purchased with Adult Membership).
Teen w Parent	$150	A resident between the age of 13 and 17 (must be purchased with an Adult).
Teen w/o Parent	$200	A resident between the ages of 13 and 17.
Adult	$200	A resident 18 to 61 years old.
Married Couple	$325	A husband and wife whose full time residence is in Seven Hills.
Family	$375	Immediate family household members, up to four people.
Additional Children	$35	Additional children may be added for $35 each per year.
Senior	$100	Resident 62 or over.
Disabled Resident	$100	Resident that is "Totally Disabled" determined case by case.
Resident College	$100	Resident full time college student with permanent residence in Seven Hills.

 

Please Note

• A resident of Seven Hills is an individual whose permanent address is in the City of Seven Hills.
• Youth and Teen w/out Parent memberships must be filled out and signed by parent or legal guardian and must be sold in conjunction with an adult membership.
• Family may be one adult and up to three children or two adults and two children. Adult must be a parent or legal guardian and children 18 years or younger unless a fulltime high school student. All must be full time residents of Seven Hills. Additional children may be added for $35 each per year.
• Residency or corporate verification must accompany the application for new and renewed memberships.
• Resident verification will consist of two utility bills and a photo I.D. to purchase and one utility bill to renew.
• Corporate verification will consist of a copy of most recent pay stub (numbers blacked out) and a letter from a manager on company letterhead verifying employment.
• A copy of a birth certificate or valid driver's license must accompany application that is age dependant.
• ALL MEMBERSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• Make checks payable to the City of Seven Hills.
• Youth must be accompanied in the building at all times by an adult, 19 years and older.
• Memberships are for one year from date of registration.
• Rates and categories are subject to change at any time by ordinance.
• The Recreation Center Management reserves the right to revoke or suspend a membership at any time for any reason.
• Disabled Resident: an individual categorized as "Totally Disabled" by the State of Ohio or state agency.

Parma Resident - NEW Memberships Information - Annual (One time up front payment for new memberships)

• Parma Resident verification will consist of one utility bill and a photo I.D. to purchase and or renew.

Married Couple	$450	A husband and wife whose full time residence is in Parma.
Family	$525	Immediate family household members, up to four people (2 Adults & 2 Children or 1 Adult & 3 Children)
Additional Children	$50	Additional children may be added for $50 each per year.
Senior	$150	A Parma Resident 62 or over.
Disabled Resident	$150	A Parma Resident that is "Totally Disabled" determined case by case.
Resident College	$150	Resident full time college student with permanent residence in Parma.

 

Parma Resident - RENEWING Membership Information - Annual (One time up front payment for renewing memberships)

• Parma Resident verification will consist of one utility bill and a photo I.D. to purchase and or renew.

Additional Children	$85	Additional children may be added for $85 each per year.
Senior	$185	Parma Resident 62 or over.
Disabled Resident	$185	A Parma Resident that is "Totally Disabled" determined case by case.
Resident College	$185	Resident full time college student with permanent residence in Parma.

 

Non-Resident Information - Annual (One time up front payment)

Family	$650	Family of up to 4 consisting of 1 or 2 parents, and 1-3 children - under age 18, living outside of Seven Hills.
Additional Child	$100	Covers one extra child (under age 18) - must be purchased with a family membership.

 

Parma City School Employee / Clergy / Seven Hills Corporate Information - Annual (One time up front payment)

Adult	$300	One person living outside of Seven Hills- working in PCSD, Clergy or working in Seven Hills.
Married Couple	$500	Married Couple living outside of Seven Hills- working in PCSD, Clergy or working in Seven Hills.
Family	$575	Family of up to 4 consisting of 1 or 2 parents, and 1-3 children - under age 18, living outside of Seven Hills- working in PCSD, Clergy or working in Seven Hills.
Additional Child	$100	Covers one extra child (under age 18) - must be purchased with a family membership -working in PCSD, Clergy or working in Seven Hills.
