Slim Sculpt with tanya - NEW!
A unique, head to toe, feel good workout combining cardio moves with resistance training and core work led by an AFAA certified instructor. Every muscle group will be targeted and toned, even some you didn't even know you have! Modifications are taught so everybody can enjoy this fun and innovative class.

Morning Pilates - with Christy
A workout building strength, grace and balance, Pilates helps to create more toned and "longer" muscles. This class aims to tone, sculpt and change your body's overall physique.

Yoga For Strength
Embrace the traditional essence of yoga while integrating the breath as you stretch, tone, build strength, and work the heart, to bring better general health and awareness to mind/body. Breath practices, relaxation, and intro to meditation done weekly. Dress comfortably, bring a mat, water bottle and an open mind.

Golf Swing Class
Finish off your season with some expert training! Learn and improve upon the fundamentals of your golf swing as you work closely with a certified swing coach! Hitting mats and indoor balls provided, as the class is held in the Gym. Please bring a 7 or 8 Iron to class and wear tennis shoes. Offered All Seasons! Register Early - only 4 participants per class to promote more 1-on-1 instruction!

Tai Chi Chuan - 2 Class times!
Discover why millions of people all over the world are practicing this ancient art! Improve your health, learn practical self defense, reduce stress, improve balance and coordination, balance your metabolism and learn relaxation and meditation skills. Tai Chi Chuan is an ancient Chinese exercise system designed for health and self-defense. People of all ages can learn and practice this exercise. Requiring no special clothing or equipment and very little space, it can be practiced almost anywhere at any time! The slow flowing and relaxed movements are coordinated with deep breathing, By practicing these movements and following the principles, you can learn how to stay balanced, stable and relaxed as possible at all times. This exercise can be used not only for health, stress reduction and self-defense, but the principles can also be used in daily life.

Christy's Shape And Tone
This class is a low-impact toning session for seniors led by trained and certified Christy Jacques, focusing mainly on strength and balance. The exercises are simple, yet effective. YOU determine the pace of the class!

Leigh's Land-Based Arthritis Foundation Exercise Class
Doctors and therapists know that moderate physical activity can improve your health without hurting your joints. The Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program is an exercise program designed specifically for people with arthritis that uses gentle activities to:
- Help increase joint flexibility and range of motion
- Help maintain muscle strength
Different modifications available to fit your fitness level - with exercises done while sitting, standing or on the floor - your choice! Classes follow session dates listed on the Cover.

Golf Driving Net
Our Golf Room & Hitting Net is open to any member or guest that would like to bring their own clubs and start swinging! The Golf Room is located at the south end of the Indoor Track. Keys are available at the Fitness Desk. Just ask!

Personal Training Sessions:
Increase your strength, flexibility and cardiovascular health by utilizing our Personal Trainer! Sara Bedrossian, B. Ed in Exercise Science with 15-years of training and experience is a certified Health & Fitness Instructor from the American College of Sports Medicine. Individual and Buddy Sessions are available! Contact the Recreation Center Front Desk for more info!
