Lotsplit / Consolidation Checklist
Lotsplit / Consolidation Applications are available in the Building Department.
Requirements on Drawings
Plan must include the means or method of drainage of storm and sanitary waters.
Submit
10 copies of existing plat. 10 copies of proposed split/consolidation. 10 copies of legal description of each proposed parcel. If request is for more than five lots, this constitutes a subdivision and must go to the Planning Commission.
Fees
$500.00 Submittal Fee + $25.00 per lot involved. Checks payable to City of Seven Hills. MasterCard, Visa, Money Order and Cash are accepted.
