The Seven Hills Mayor's Court has jurisdiction to hear and determine any prosecution for the violation of a Seven Hills Ordinances. The Seven Hills Mayor's Court sessions are held twice each month. Mayor Richard Dell'Aquila DOES NOT oversee Mayor's Court. In fact, the Mayor has nothing to do with "Mayor's Court". The court is run by the Magistrate. He is appointed by the Mayor. Anyone that chooses to plead "not guilty" in Seven Hills Mayor's Court has the right to appear before a Judge in the Parma Municipal Court.
