City Officials

The City of Seven Hills has a Mayor/Council form of government. City Council is responsible for managing the city's finances and the creation of legislation. The seven member council is made up of four ward council members and three members serving in an at-large capacity.

Joe Tripi has resided in northeast Ohio all of his life, graduating from Brush High School and John Carroll University, majoring in Business Management. Prior to graduation Joe worked as a sales consultant. For the past 36 years Joe has owned and operated General Building Products Corp., a wholesale kitchen cabinet distributorship, located in downtown Cleveland.

Joe has been an active member of many business and community organizations. He is a past president of NARI (the Greater Cleveland Chapter of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry), was a trustee of the BBB (Better Business Bureau), an active member of PRO (Professional Remodelers of Ohio), and a board member for University Settlement. He is also a PTA State Life Member of Lt. Col. John Glenn Elementary, and is currently a member of CERT (Crisis Emergency Response Team). Joe has lived in Seven Hills for the past 22 years with his wife and family. He is an active member of St. Columbkille Parish and serves as a Eucharistic minister there.
